OilEco — An innovative technology for regenerating vegetable oils
The OilEco project aims to establish a production facility for the regeneration and purification of used vegetable oils using innovative, environmentally safe technologies. The company operates facilities in Astana, Almaty, and Turkistan.

The production is being developed as part of a program for the commercialization of scientific and technological research, with the support of the Science Fund and the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.

Today, enterprises face high costs and shortages of vegetable oils for feed and industrial purposes. At the same time, significant volumes of waste vegetable oils are disposed of improperly.

OilEco has developed a deep purification technology suitable for all types of vegetable oils. The purification process includes:
  • Centrifugation
  • Filtration
  • Refining
  • Deodorization
  • Oil drying (Dehydration)

As a result, metals, polymers, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, and other impurities that affect oil quality are effectively removed.

The processing results in a refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) oil. The final product is colorless, odorless, and neutral in taste, having undergone deep purification to remove harmful impurities.

OilEco produces purified vegetable oil used as a primary feedstock for biodiesel production. Thanks to our innovative purification technology, we deliver high-quality raw materials that meet strict industrial standards for biodiesel manufacturing.

The facility’s production capacity allows for the processing and output of up to 1,000 tons of biodiesel feedstock. By utilizing recycled vegetable oils, we contribute to the development of sustainable energy and significantly reduce environmental impact.
