OilEco — An innovative technology for regenerating vegetable oils
A project by OIL-EKO.KZ LLP for the eco-friendly processing and purification of used vegetable oils.
The production is being developed as part of a program for the commercialization of scientific and technological research, with the support of the Science Fund and the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
Today, enterprises face high costs and shortages of vegetable oils for feed and industrial purposes. At the same time, significant volumes of waste vegetable oils are disposed of improperly.
As a result, metals, polymers, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, and other impurities that affect oil quality are effectively removed.
The processing results in a refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) oil. The final product is colorless, odorless, and neutral in taste, having undergone deep purification to remove harmful impurities.
The facility’s production capacity allows for the processing and output of up to 1,000 tons of biodiesel feedstock. By utilizing recycled vegetable oils, we contribute to the development of sustainable energy and significantly reduce environmental impact.
The OilEco project is focused on establishing a production facility for the regeneration and purification of waste vegetable oils using innovative, eco-friendly technologies.
The facility is being developed under a program for the commercialization of scientific and technological research, with the strategic support of the Science Fund and the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
Today, enterprises face high costs and shortages of vegetable oils for feed and industrial purposes. At the same time, significant volumes of waste vegetable oils are disposed of improperly.
OilEco has developed an advanced deep purification technology suitable for all types of vegetable oils. The multi-stage treatment process includes:
This process effectively removes metals, polymers, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, and other impurities that compromise oil quality.
The processing results in a refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) oil. The final product is colorless, odorless, and neutral in taste, having undergone deep purification to remove harmful impurities.
OilEco produces purified vegetable oil that serves as a primary feedstock for biodiesel production. Thanks to our innovative purification technology, we deliver high-quality raw materials that meet the rigorous requirements of industrial biodiesel manufacturing.
The facility’s production capacity allows for the processing and output of up to 1,000 tons of biodiesel feedstock. The use of recycled vegetable oils promotes the development of sustainable energy and significantly reduces environmental impact.
